The Stripe-tailed Goanna (Varanus caudolineatus) is a species of Monitor Lizard native to the forests of Western Australian[1]. They grow to around 91 mm in snout to vent length[2].

Favoured habitats of the Stripe-tailed Goanna are grasslands, woodlands and shrublands and it appears to inhabit a wide range of habitats dominated by acacia and spinifex.[3]
